You agree not to use the Service to generate abusive, harassing, or illegal communications. We reserve the right to instantly terminate accounts found violating anti-spam laws without a refund.
CogniPitch SDR (a product of Novexic Labs) aggregates professional contact data using proprietary search algorithms and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, deliverability, or current employment status of any sourced lead. You agree to use this data strictly for legitimate B2B outreach purposes.
The Service operates on a recurring subscription model ($49/month) or via prepaid one-time top-ups.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Because the Service incurs immediate, irreversible server costs for AI inference and external API data retrieval the moment you generate a lead, we do not offer refunds for one-time purchases or partially used subscription cycles, unless explicitly required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
